My name is Nicky and I am the owner of the Eldridge Consultancy. My background is working for blue chip organisations in sales management and people development.
I specialise in working with SMB clients on business improvement projects. My objective is to spend time reviewing the current sales methods that businesses use and provide practical solutions that will increase sales.
I do this from looking at areas such as Recruitment, Objective setting, Performance management and review. I deliver a plan that is easy to implement with tools that can be used to for on going management.
I also offer an HR/personnel outsourcing service. This can be from formulating an employee handbook and policies and procedures to advising on a disciplinary process. I can provide advice from a commercial perspective to save clients time and money. Many of my clients use me as a 3rd party to successfully mediate and or negotiate positive outcomes.
