31 Jan Traineeships at Tresham are looking for work placements
Could you help a young person gain some valuable experience ?
Traineeships are a government initiative to support 16-24 year olds who are ready to enter work and gain additional experience and the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. At the end of the programme, the aim is for them to gain an apprenticeship or full or part time work in an industry they would like to develop a career in. Placements will start on Monday 5th March for 7 weeks (Thursdays may be reserved for college depending on the learners needs to boost their maths and English qualifications.
Chris Sutherland from Tresham College is looking for local businesses to help with the following in the Corby/Kettering/Wellingborough region:
1 x Catering/Hospitality placement for a female student
1 x Customer Service assistant or HR based environment for a female student
1 x Logistics/operations placement for a male student
1 x Business Admin placement for a female student
1 x Car Mechanics placement for a male student
3 x social care placements for 2 male/1 female student
